Very funky modern surroundings which were of high quality and made for a 'different and special' feel. Staff were friendly and helpful and attentive. Very quiet rooms for a city centre hotel. When our reservation was unavailable they upgraded us without any argument. I would definitely stay again although the tariffs are high. I liked everything about the hotel |

Very nice design inside the room and everywhere in the hotel. My fiancé was stunned for quite a while by how nice the room was. Friendly stuff. |

the design of the hotel. the bed (i just love the bed. and got good sleep). the free wireless internet in the whole hotel. the reception staffs are very nice, kind and helpful. 1, wellness area (not so bad, just compare with the other 5 star hotels, its a bit too simple). 2, the male services in the restaurant are very arrogant. I had dinner there plus 2 days breakfast. They forgot my request during the breakfast when the croissant was running out. anyway they just dont make me feel comfortable.i rarely see them smile.but they were very nice to some people who looks rich |

The hotel room was excellent. The reception staff was not helpful. They didn't give enough information from us. We looked around a nice bar with show and anybody can't help us. Its very poor for a 5* Hotel. |

attractive modern interior of room and bathroom. very comfy and big bed. good and full-fledged breakfast buffet even late on sunday with the week-end crowd around. high quality organic cosmetics. no dvd player or entertainment system to feed the huge flat screen. breakfast room a little under-heated for october. some people here criticized the location because it is not very "well-groomed", but I had not the feeling that the neighbourhood was unsafe and it showed first signs of gentrification (artists ateliers etc). |
