Considering that I have Marriott points and I use Marriott often, when I requested to give us a Kingsize bed, they refused to do this even if I offered to pay more money. They were not very helpful on this. THe fitness center closed at 2000!!! It should be open for 24 hours. If I have another choice. I would not stay in this hotel again. |

Exceptionally comfortable beds and cleaned to a high standard every day. We booked a double room but on the first night had to make do with twin beds pushed together. The staff managed to sort that the following day but as we booked so far in advance I was disappointed an appropriate room had not been reserved for us. |

the breakfast menu and bar service were very satisfying. although the hotel was in the french-speaking district some receptionists did not speak french. |

It was comfortable, relaxed and in a quiet area. No disturbances from staff. Waiting 20 minutes for a "guaranteed" table for breakfast. The breakfast service did not keep pace with demand - plates, bread & english breakfast tea. Having to collect our own luggage from the storage area rather than having it collected and brought to us. Lack of concern shown by one staff member when something metal fell off a shelf in the baggage area and hit my wife in the foot. |
